On August 7, 2015, Ms. Guo Meiling, the chairwoman of Beijing Century Galaxy Group,and Mr. Wang Wei, executive director of Teaching How to Fish Plan of China Social Welfare Foundation (CSWF), went to Education Bureau of Qingzhou City, Shandong Province and participated in “Century Galaxy Educational Endowment” recognition meeting. They were warmly welcome by the relevant leaders of the bureau as well as the teachers and students.
Century Galaxy Educational Endowment was established by Beijing Century Galaxy Science &Technology Group Co.,Ltd.who contributed 2,000,000 RMB to the educational endowment and 200,000 RMB is spent on awarding the students with exceptional academic performance and personal qualities. In 2015, Education Bureau of Qingzhou City organized the selection again and recommended excellent teachers and students as well as poor students passing the entrance examination from the terminal classes of this year, 40 people in total, who joined in this recognition meeting.
In the meeting, the chairwoman Guo Meiling represents Beijing Century Galaxy Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd. to express thanks to the teachers who work hard in education field and congratulate them to cultivate many excellent students. Meanwhile, she congratulated the excellent graduate students in Qingzhou City for they are admitted by ideal universities and they will march toward new chapter of life. At the same time, she offered her help to poor students passing the entrance examination and helped them fulfill college dream.
After the meeting, accompanied by the leaders from Education Bureau of Qingzhou City, the chairwoman Guo Meiling had an informal discussion with the students participating in the meeting. She knew about their life and study and encouraged them to study hard, so they could make more contribution to their hometown and our society.

Chairwoman Guo Meiling has been always concerned about the educational cause of her hometown in these years. Under her direction, Century Galaxy Group adheres to philosophy for public benefit “born from the society and serving the society” and aspires to be a good enterprise with social responsibility. Our group will continuously support “Teaching How to Fish Plan” initiated by “Meinian Onehealth” and offers a hand to “Yuanmeng Fund”, co-established by CCTV and “Teaching How to Fish Plan”. Moreover, our group successively donated basic education facilities to Shangri-La, Nanjian County, etc. of Yunnan Province. In addition, our group successively made donation to medical salvage service and earthquake stricken areas in Shandong, Yunnan, Sichuan, etc. to help disaster areas perfect medical treatment and health service or set up medical salvation funds. Century Galaxy Group does its best to perform its social responsibility with practical actions.
