Online book sharing activity is one of the weekly routines for every Century Galaxy Group (CGG) staff member, holding at 8pm every Thursday. Staff read the same book together during a certain time, share their understanding of the book that they read and talk about their growth under the guidance of "Century Galaxy Group Business Philosophy" via live video meeting.

Wang Dong: Mr. Inamori Kazuo said that there are only two ways to live a fulfulling life. One is to do a job that you like; the other is to make yourself like what you do. Being able to do what you like is not guaranteed. Instead of pursuing a job you like, it's better to like what you are doing. If you like your job, you can overcome all difficulties. As long as you work hard, you can succeed. I have been working in our company warehouse for ten years. Though in the warehouse, it is cold in winter and hot in summer, and the work makes me dirty and tired, I enjoy my work. I like our company’s corporate culture. Our company provides such a good platform for everyone to grow. I enjoy my work and want to make our company more successful in future. Many colleagues have the same idea with me. For us, the company is like our second home. Everyone has the same goal, which is to work hard for the company's better future.
Wang Li: Having been working in the company for all these years, I feel that my work is repeated day by day and sometimes I even lost my goal for work. But I regard my work as an important part of my life. Ever since I read Mr. Inamori Kazuo’s book, I suddenly realize my goal for work. The purpose of one person's work is to improve his or her spirit. Work can make one a better person and enhance one’s humanity. Work is a way to show one's talents —— knowledge, flexibility, determination, adaptability, and coordination, etc. A person is attractive when dedicating his or her life to the work. The ordinary job can be done with perseverance. This kind of "sustainable strength" is the most important factor for career success. It reflects the value of life. Turning effort into "sustaining power" can turn an "ordinary person" into an "extraordinary person". Suffering will not be endless, and of course luck will not last forever. Don't be too proud when you are in prosperity, and don't feel so depressed when you are down. Just keep working hard every day. It is more important than anything else.
Mu Fengzhi: Mr. Inamori Kazuo said that love leads to success, love lightens passion, and love nurtures oneself. Love for work is the prerequisite for success. To make a great success, one should be persevering and creative. This is inseparable from passion. Because of my passion for work, I am energetic to do my work. Even if I fail, I continue to try and explore new methods. Mr. Kazuo believes that there are two types of attitude towards work, whether you like or dislike your job. If you like your job, no matter how hard or tired you are, you feel it is worthwhile. It is fortunate that you can do what you like. Many people are not lucky enough. So, what can one do if one dislike his or her job? Firstly, if one wants to make achievement in the career, one should become a “self-burning” person. A “self-burning” person is proactive. Secondly, one should take the courage to be the core player and the influencer. When you are successful at work, you will not only gain salary, but also enhance confidence. Your boss will also see your contribution and appreciate you more. Work is a long-term process in one’s life. So, we need to fall in love with our work.
Yao Zhenren: Actually, every client that you take on, every report that you write, every meeting that you hold, all these are not for your boss. These are all for your own. When you realize that all these are for yourself, you will probably not treat your work in an inappropriate manner. You will do it well. In fact, one will change only after he or she has some experience. So, please remember——all your effort is for your better future.
