On April 25, Industry Sector of Century Galaxy Group held an online video conference on 2019 summary and 2020 first quarter business performance, in which five branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Nanjing, and Shenzhen participated at the same time. Faced with multiple challenges of the economic downturn and the impact of the epidemic, the Group's industry sector has overcome a lot of difficulties and given full play to its industrial advantages in various projects, thereby achieving a steady sales growth in the whole year of 2019. Meanwhile, the total sales in the first quarter of 2020 were basically the same as that in 2019, with sales of some projects having increased.
At the meeting, Chairman Guo Meiling emphasized the importance of the "Dam Operation" strategy faced with the epidemic situation. Meanwhile, she summarized the four aspects of the group core competitiveness, namely, sentiment, diligence and thriftiness, teamwork and strategic transparency, put forward the business strategy of strengthening the business and promoting the development of three sectors, including industry, investment and charity. Guo Meiling, Group Chairman, Zhao Qi, Group President and Lu Haixia, Vice President of the Group participated in the meeting, along with leaders from Shandong Branch, traditional projects, Kanglin Renhe, Shanghai Zunran Hospital, REDMED project and Maidi project.
At the meeting, President Zhao Qi gave a training themed by "How to lead a team", in which he shared his practical experience of leading a team for so many years based on the needs of team management and upgrading of industry sector, so as to empower the team building of project managers..
Project leaders and staff representatives of the Group's Industry Sector also made work summaries and exchanged their thoughts at the meeting.
