As time passing by, there is something new. On February, 20, “mental health future” (Health 100. Ciming, MHH) --- Annual Conference of Health 100 Work in 2017 was held in Shanghai. About 1600 backbones, staff representatives, shareholder representatives and cooperation partners of Health 100 from the whole national about a hundred supplier representatives jointly attended the conference, gathering to discuss the future.
The host, secretary Bian Guofu made the opening speech. Secretary Bian pointed out that in 2016, guided by the spirit of annual conference “gathering for win-win, remembering initial aim”, Health 100 achieved the leap development and reached an unprecedented level on scale, influence, brand, with a great contribution to China's a great contribution to strategy. The report of “Dream driving, mission realization” made by President Yu Rong shows the year of 2016 is the first year for the policy of China’s sanitation and health work. Path of massive health
President of Ciming, Hu Bo put forward "three people's principles of health" last year, and expounded the completely new idea of "path to massive health" this year. With combination of Ciming’s development course of 15 years, President Hu put forward three directions to help the development of path to massive health. President Guo’s speech is full of sense of responsibility and influence. She pointed out that history gave us sacred mission to protect health. Back to the origin of enterprise management, we should keep the initial mind and uphold the public interests above everything else, to achieve mental health future from deep heart! We should strengthen prevention concept, strengthen health education, popularize comprehensive measures of health physical examination and medical intervention, with the minimum cost to maximize the health purpose, so that Health 100’s business model can achieve effective closed loop, and lay a solid foundation for enterprise’s sustainable development ability.

Ciming’s president, Dr. Han Xiaohong pointed out that as for the current business management innovation, we should be centered on data collection and analysis of the traditional medical examination, data acquisition and application of health management to realize the transformation and upgrading from tradition enterprises to “internet +”, continuously improving customer experience, and bringing new value for customers; on governance structure, we should promote the development of "sharing economy", making the company become everybody's platform, introducing "partner" system to expand customers; on customer management, we will establish viscous relationship with customers through the APP, lead customers to know more about our services, cultivate customers’ health management habits, increase new products and new services to fully exert time, space and resources of medical center.
Keeping promise and healthily constructing future
President Xu Ke made the 2016 work report with theme of "keeping promise and healthily constructing future". The report is divided into "health industry strategy outline", "2016 annual work review ", "2017 prospect", with the systematically in-depth execution from industrial strategy, execution of measure and allocation of resources.
In "health industry strategy outline", President Xu pointed out that the current medical check-up market was divided into current, explicit and potential market, and Health 100 was the precise check-up platform to provide individual solutions, professional inspection and accurate evaluation; extended health management and combination of medical and maintenance are connected through equipment, technology, expert, scale and big data platform; with the combination of genes and other advanced technology application, we finally realized the industrial ecological layout.
The overall goal of Health 100 Group in 2017: check-up person-time is 20 million, revenue is 7.5 billion, operating profit is 800 million, to achieve revenue and profit growth of more than 50%, and increase 10% of year-on-year per capita unit price. It aims to achieve customer satisfaction and report issuing in 36 hours are respectively 88% and 90%; monthly management meeting lasts “using competition to replace practice, using debate to replace training; it continues to realize product upgrading, precision, profession and comprehensiveness”, and further upgrade product research and development; after the 3650 package, it continues to launch " enjoy products, elite product, elite high-end product, festival products", and other innovative packages. In 2019, it will realize of 40 million person-time, 15 billion business income, and in 2010, the national medical check-up stations will reach 1000.
Conference Highlights
After five leaders made speech, exciting torch relay ceremony was officially open. Inheriting spark, struggling to move forward, keeping ideal, rising abruptly based on accumulated strength! On the stage, Chairman Yu Rong, President Hu, President Guo, President Han and President Xu, together with company executives, transmitted the torch that is the symbol of health, brightness, friendship, unity and enterprising.
