On October 15-16 of 2016, the business performance report of Century Galaxy Group was held in Beijing. The chairman of Century Galaxy Group, Meiling Guo, the president QI Zhao and the vice-president Baowen Zhao attended the report. Shandong Weifang Century Galaxy Company of the group, Shanghai Kanglin Renhe Company, traditional programs, Germany Bicom Company, Germany Bicom (China) project, Tibet Jingke Program, Jaimin Medical Treatment, Germany Yuneng Project, Huaitai Kangnuo Project, Shiboda Company, Huien Weiye Company took part in the report. The president Qi Zhao presided over the report.
The Participants Read “business philosophy of Century Galaxy”
Before the report, the chairwoman Meiling Guo led the participants to read the business philosophy of Century Galaxy together. The chairwoman Meiling Guo has always been paying great attention to enterprise cultural construction and she organized to compile the business philosophy of Century Galaxy, which is the core of the enterprise culture of the group. In every meeting of the group, the chairwoman Meiling Guo would lead the participants to read “business philosophy of Century Galaxy”, which has been a practice within the group.
Chairwoman Meiling Guo Delivered a Speech Before the meeting
In the meeting, chairwoman Meiling Guo delivered a speech. The responsible persons of each branch company and project department respectively reported their business performance in third quarter of 2016 and made comprehensive analysis into the completion of each indicator in the quarter. They also summarized the existing problems in the operation in this stage and shared their good experience. Meanwhile, they also elaborated their work plan and arrangements for the fourth quarter. Every participant reflected upon themselves and found out their bottleneck for breakthroughs.
The President Qi Zhao Took the Chair
On September 16, Baowen Zheng, the vice-president of the group, directed each program to conduct SWOT analysis. Later, the meeting entered the link of group discussion. Every project team used SWOT analytical method to make deep analysis into their own project and found out the competitive advantages and disadvantages as well as the opportunities and threats that they are facing. After analysis and summary, the project team members have said that they have more clear understanding on their project and they would continuously solve the disadvantages and new problems.
The Vice-president Baowen Zhao Directed Every Project to Make SWOT Analysis
After the discussion, the president Qi Zhao summarized the discussion in the meeting and made arrangements on the work plans in the fourth quarter. Besides, he also reported the job objectives and project budget in 2017.
Through a two-day meeting reports and discussion, each project team uncovered the analysis from bottom heart and group leaders and colleagues answer questions and clear up confusions. They learn from each other to achieve the purpose of common improvement. We believe, through this meeting spirit, each branch company and project department will make good performance in the fourth quarter and comprehensively achieve the goals in this year.
